Speech & Language Pathologist - Acute - (SLP)
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: 8/10/12 D/E/N
Pay Rate: $1481.86 - $1707.36
General Certifications(BLS/BCLS)Rehabilitation Certifications(ASHA) . COVID-19 vaccination is recommended but not required. Flu vaccination will be required October through April. Flu exemption applications must be received and approved by Phoenix Children's prior to starting. Anyone not vaccinated for either Flu or COVID-19 will be required to sign a Declination & Masking Protocol agreements and must mask during the respiratory virus season.2 years pediatric hospital or outpatient experience (school experience will not be considered).Master's Degree (or higher) in Speech and Language Pathology from an accredited university. AZ Department of Health Services license prior to start date. AZ Department of Public Safety (DPS) Fingerprint Clearance Card prior to start date. CCC-SLP.Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association prior to start date. ASHA certification.
