This course is part of the 2014 Nancy McKinley Lecture Series. Activities for phonology therapy can be as simple as stimulus/response. With some thoughtful design, engaging activities can be created that address stimulus/response along with other developing language skills, early literacy skills, general knowledge, vocabulary enhancement and early academic skills. This presentation will address simple ways this may be accomplished.

Rae Cuda, MA, CCC-SLP
Rae Cuda has been a Speech Language Pathologist since 1976 when completing her M.A. at Wichita State University. She has experience with infants through adults, with the most years spent in preschool and school age children. Special interests lie in early childhood speech and language development and the development of written language. She also loves photography and is the author of a series of children’s books based on phonological target words as well as a fiction series for adults.
Sarah Willard, MS, CCC-SLP
Sarah Willard has 37 years experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist and has worked with clients from 1 to 105 years of age. She enjoys the creative side of developing activities and materials for therapy that are fun, interactive and yet researched based.
