The course was full of information that was new to me on feeding. The allergies and non-allergies feeding as well as lists of foods for each allergy are a great resource. She experienced this herself and it was presented in an all-knowing fashion because she had been through it. Great class.

This is an area of personal interest as I am a person with an autoimmune allergy disease myself. The research is highly evolving and I was so happy to learn that this presenter is up to date! High histamine foods - yes! A major problem for so many! I also have had many students with allergy issues and the desensitization aspect is important even for SLPs! I have had co-treatment goals with OT to try desensitizing in my session as a different person who is highly liked!
