This course was excellent because it presented complex concepts in childhood apraxia of speech in a clear, organized, and evidence-based manner. It successfully integrated theory with practical, clinically relevant strategies grounded in motor learning principles. The focus on accurate diagnosis, individualized treatment, and functional outcomes made the course highly valuable and immediately applicable.

I think the content and subject matter is good. However, I thought there was too much information condensed into a short period of time and the presenter talked very fast. I would love to see examples (i.e. videos) of the different treatment methods being done. I found the content to be confusing at times and needed to replay it in order to grasp and process.

I appreciated how the visuals were clear and concise, providing SLPs with a reference sheet to remember the main points of each therapy method. I was especially grateful for the QR codes on each slide leading us to more resources, some of which are free! I also enjoyed Breanna's anecdotal reports and her response to the questions at the end. I do wish more time was spent going a bit more in depth for each therapy method, but overall, this was a helpful refresher course.

This was a thorough & informative course on CAS. The presenter clearly explained what CAS is, it's characteristics, as well as the "do's and don'ts" of treatment. The presenter went into detail about 4 types of treatment (DTTC, NDP3, ReST, Speech Motor Chaining) for CAS, what each method is meant to treat, the age-range & speech level of clients it's best for, and the speech goals that are targeted in each treatment plan.
