It was helpful to know the different types of approaches to treatment that can be used with bilingual children. It would have been helpful to know how to treat sounds in languages if the examiner cannot provide a good model.

The presenter reviewed a lot of information in an organized fashion and emphasized key information. He provided audio samples for practice, which was very helpful. The presenter's style is inclusive and encouraging, especially when he answered questions at the end. I would have liked to had more time to hear about his case study!

I thought Dr. Prezas was phenomenal. The data and anecdotal stories from his life and work as an SLP were great illustrations,as was other info like the slide with shared and unique phonemic inventory for Spanish and English.I need to watch the whole thing again to really take it all in, but I really appreciated the thorough examples and his passion,as well as depth of knowledge.

This topic was very important to the population we serve in Southern California. We don't see too many people with Puerto Rican dialects but primarily Mexican dialects. Thanks for the charts to demonstrate various dialectal differences. Thanks too for clarifying the various therapy approaches.

Good use of audio clips and case studies for SLPs to get a sense of how presented theories play out in real children's lives. Presenter needed to make sure to explain what all abbreviations stood for, and to cover every bullet on presentation slides. I would have liked to have had a slide with a chart for typical ages of mastery for each phoneme and typical ages of elimination of common phonological processes in each language, especially Spanish.
