Very relevant to today's society and child behaviors/activities. Also very relevant to current situation of covid and changes it has spurred in educational delivery models (i.e., online learning, remote teaching, etc.). In addition, its helpful to parents as they juggle working from home and parenting at the same time. This information provides valuable research and findings that should give any parent "pause" and help them re-evaluate how they are structuring their children's time in this period of "new normal" which we have NO idea how long will last.

The content was great! I found myself pausing the presentation often to take notes because the presenter spoke very quickly and there was limited information pertaining to each topic on the slides. I would have liked for there to have been more content on each slide, or more slides, related to the topics so I would not have had to pause to write everything down. However, the information was presented in a wonderful way - very easy to understand and very engaging. Would definitely recommend!
