The intervention strategies provided for each state at the perlocutionary and illocutionary state are a great tool to use as a reference with different students. The presenter also provided case studies as examples for the perlocutionary stage. Overall, the presenter explained each stage very well along with examples and external factors that can negatively impact these students.

Referencing the example, Jess, as the course progressed was helpful. The additional examples of children at each of the three different stages was also helpful. I didn't realize how many sensory factors (perfume) can interfere with the child becoming hypersensitive. That is one sensory input that I had forgotten about, so thank you for explaining a variety of sensations that can overwhelm the sensory system. I learned to look at behavior as according to the 3 stages. Thank you.
