I enjoyed learning about the different types of supervisor/supervision, and could see areas that I needed to work on. I also really appreciated the exact types of phrasing to use when needing to discuss something that is delicate or if you need to "confront" a supervisee about a problematic issue. Having these types of examples when you are stressed is very helpful.
