This is a really good course for anyone who supervises pretty much anyone else, because it touches on so many aspects of effective supervision. I supervise an SLPA and, usually, either an SLP intern or a clinical fellow, and this is EXACTLY the kind of information a good supervisor needs to make sure that everyone is happy with the supervisory relationship.

Rating myself with how I perceive my own supervisory skills was helpful. The various forms about from self assessment to tracking hours to observation feedback was very useful and are tools I will implement with my supervisees.
