In honor of Veteran’s Day and in support of our military, we are offering a 3-hour course titled An Interprofessional Look at the Continuum of Care for TBI in Veterans.  Because the number of individuals in the military that experience traumatic brain injury (TBI) has more than doubled since 2000 the demand for services to support the needs of our servicemen and women has increased as well.  Organized by guest editor Angela Ciccia, PhD, CCC-SLP, and presented by leading experts, this course reviews the scope of services available to both active duty service members and veterans; covers common co-morbidities and their impact on this population; and identifies evidence-based functional assessment and treatment approaches.

For the first 100 registrations, SpeechPathology.com will donate $10 to Fisher House Foundation’s Scholarships for Military Children Program. Register now and support our troops.
