Job Description & Requirements
Speech & Language Pathologist - Rehab - (SLP)
StartDate: 5/20/2024
Available Shifts: 8/10 D/N/E
Pay Rate: $1581.22 - $1821.84
SLP Needed ASAP
Please only submit candidates that are aware of their submission to our facility. Please do not allow candidates to contact facility. Traveler must not permanently reside within a 75-mile radius of intended facility. Please note time off requests must be disclosed with initial submission to be considered for approval. Time off requested after the acceptance date will not be approved.
When submitting candidates include at least two references (one must be from current manager), a resume, and completed skills checklist/competency assessment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment.
2 years’ experience required in a large hospital. Must be a team player, flexible and accustomed to fast paced environment. Must have successfully completed at least one 13-week travel assignment previously.
Certifications: Must have SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) and BLS certificate. BLS must be completed through American Heart Association, American Health and Safety, or American Red Cross.
EMR: EPIC experience preferred, but not required.
Orientation: 1st week of the contract, not to exceed 40 total hours, and includes EPIC training.
