Compensation details:

  • Opportunities for a signing/relocation bonus are available
  • $76,000 - $115,000/year (compensation based on experience, billed hours, and compensation model)
  • Salary options come with GUARANTEED hours and a monthly productivity bonus potential monthly bonus (up to $9,000/year)

Here's what you'll need for the Speech-Language Pathologist (CF/SLP) role:

  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • ASHA Certification or currently in your Clinical Fellowship Year
  • Hold or be eligible to obtain a current Colorado SLP License
  • One year of pediatric experience is preferred

 

Essential Speech-Language Pathologist (CF/SLP) responsibilities at Woven Care:

  • Assist families with Home Programming and community transitions.
  • Perform initial and re-evaluations, set goals, update plans of care, and make treatment recommendations that are relevant to each individual client.
  • Document daily treatment sessions and progress reports according to insurance standards.
  • Bill for appropriate services completed.
  • Clearly communicate with all other disciplines, teachers, supervisors, and the Woven Care administrative staff (billing, authorizations, referrals, human resources)
  • Complete daily treatment sessions that are aligned with the current plan of care to ensure treatment progress and home carryover. 
  • Collaborate and work with a team of SLPs, PTs, OTs, BCBAs, and ABA Professionals.
