Speech & Language Pathologist - Acute - (SLP)
StartDate: ASAP
Available Shifts: 8 D
Pay Rate: $1600.00 - $2100.00
The Speech Therapist is responsible for the evaluation and treatment of patients referred for Speech therapy services. Responsibilities include: assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, documenting and modifying treatment programs; communicates speech recommendation with caregivers, participates in discharge planning and patient/family/caregiver education; participates in administrative duties and Performance Improvement; pursues professional growth; performs other duties as assigned.
Inpatient rehabilitation, acute care, OP
Will floating to . Acute rehab, OP, Hospital
EMR for your facility: Meditech
Scrub colors / dress code: professional. Scrubs.
Parking Location: onsite.
