Community Therapy Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring immediately for Speech Language Pathologists (SLPs) at our Children's Institute in West Chester, PA!


Pay: $45.00 per hour


Earn $250+ per Behavioral or Mental Health hire with our employee referral program


Qualifications

  • Degree from an accredited speech-language pathology therapy program (Masters or Doctorate preferred)
  • State Professional SLP License
  • Gestalt Language Processing (GLP) training is preferred but we offer training and mentorship as needed
  • Confidence in working with a variety of disorders, including those with autism and developmental disabilities or related disorders


Job Highlights

  • Part-time SLPs qualify for Paid Time Off (PTO), Paid Holidays, and sick pay
  • Evenings and Fridays from 9:00 am until 2:00pm


Responsibilities

  • Conduct speech assessments using a variety of standardized instruments and appropriate informal measures
  • Interpret results of assessments and design ethical and effective treatment programs for clients in line with educational, clinical, or medical necessity
  • Collaborate with families and other stakeholders to assure successful growth and goal achievement
  • Interest in developing expertise in specialized areas of interest including feeding certification
