This course will discuss current treatment techniques and activities to address negative attitudes and thinking of children & teens who stutter, along with clinical approaches to develop these skills.
- After this course, participants will be able to describe clinical approaches to the evaluation and treatment of attitudinal issues in Children/Teens who stutter.
- After this course, participants will be able to describe treatment strategies that can be utilized to deal with negative attitudes and/or cognitive distortions.
- After this course, participants will be able to list clinician created treatment ideas and activities to deal with negative attitudes in children/teens who stutter.
