? Position Overview
We are seeking dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to provide in-person services supporting students across elementary and K–8 populations. This role includes conducting evaluations, delivering therapy services, and maintaining compliant documentation aligned with student IEPs.
These are leave coverage roles with strong district support and the opportunity to work across diverse student populations.

?? 1.0 SLP – Elementary (SE & Central Seattle)
- Dates: September 9, 2026 – December 18, 2026 (end date subject to change)
- Setting: In-person only
- Details: Floating across SE & Central Seattle; elementary caseload
?? 1.0 SLP – K–8 (Northwest Seattle)
- Dates: October 12, 2026 – April 9, 2027 (end date subject to change)
- Setting: In-person only
- Details: Floating across NW region; K–8 caseload
?? 1.0 SLP – Elementary (SE & Central Seattle)
- Dates: December 2026 – April 9, 2027 (end date subject to change)
- Setting: In-person only
- Details: Split between 2 elementary schools; caseload TBD
?? Key Responsibilities
- Conduct student evaluations and assessments
- Provide speech-language therapy services aligned with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation and progress notes
- Collaborate with educators, staff, and multidisciplinary teams
- Support development of communication, articulation, and language skills
? Minimum Qualifications
- Active SLP license in the state of Washington
- ESA Certification required
- CCC-SLP preferred (may be required depending on assignment)
- Prior school-based or related experience required
- Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance
- Current CPR certification (if applicable)
- TB screening (PPD, questionnaire, or chest X-ray)
- Must meet all state, federal, and local requirements
- Must be 18+ years of age

- $70/hour (Local Rate)
