Pay Rate: $1949.69 - $2136.36

# of patients treated per day 4-5
General Certification Requirements (BLS, etc.) BLS
Other Required certs for all SLP? CCC- SLP preferred but not required
Common diagnosis / Types of patients CVA, ALS, MS, Variety levels of Dementia
Acute Inpatient, Acute Rehab, Skilled, Outpatient? Background in rehab SNF is helpful if not have HH
What areas are they required to cover? South King - Burien, Tukwila, Kent, Federal Way) and Pierce County (Tacoma, Lakewood, Puyallup
Experience or 'Must have' skills & common job duties Dysphagia/Swallow assessment Cognitive and Aphasia care
Rehab Aides: SLA's
Shifts & Scheduling M-F 8a-5p or Mon-Thurs 8a-6p
Weekend Requirement No
Holiday Requirement No
Scrub Color/Dress Code Scrubs or Business Casual
Department specific orientation Yes 2 weeks
