Supplemental Health Care is seeking passionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists to join our school-based team with contract positions at partnering school districts in Texas. With a flexible hybrid schedule, you’ll have the best of both worlds: meaningful in-person connections and two days a week of work-from-home comfort.
Contract Details:
- School Hours | 40 hours per week
- Bilingual or Monolingual Needs
- Openings for ESY and 26-27 School Year
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active TX Speech Pathology License
- School experience is a plus, but not required

What You’ll Be Doing: Evaluate and assess students with speech-language needs. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school teams to support student goals. Provide engaging therapy in a supportive learning environment. May supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) if needed. Contribute to Response to Intervention (RTI) initiatives when applicable.
