As a Speech-Language Pathologist at BBHC, you will:

• Conduct holistic evaluations, re-evaluations, and individualized/group treatment sessions.
• Provide training and education to parents/caregivers.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client progress.
• Maintain accurate and organized documentation and data for each client.
• Create individualized plans of care based on client needs and evidence-based practice.
• Demonstrate strong clinical decision-making and communication skills.
• Work with children ages approximately 18 months to 21 years with a variety of diagnoses.
• Follow all professional, state, and federal regulations applicable to the field.

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) 
• Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
• Pediatric experience preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Ability to contribute positively to our clinic culture
