FlexCare is hiring Bilingual SLPs for a full-time contract opportunity in Bastrop, Texas for the 2026–2027 school year. This hybrid position combines on-site collaboration with virtual flexibility, allowing you to make a meaningful impact on students while enjoying dedicated support from FlexCare throughout your assignment.
Assignment Highlights
Earn $2915.88 per week ($66.15/hour)
2026–2027 school year
37.5-hour work week
Hybrid schedule: 3 days on-site, 2 days virtual (as appropriate)
Bilingual SLP required
District provides computer and testing materials

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Qualifications & Requirements
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
Current Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license required
Bilingual (English/Spanish) required
ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Clinical Fellows (CF-SLP) encouraged to apply
Pediatric experience required
School-based experience preferred
Experience conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and providing speech and language therapy
Knowledge of IEP development, documentation, and multidisciplinary collaboration preferred
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff
Must be available to work on-site three days per week; virtual work is contingent upon completion of required testing and district expectations
Must meet all credentialing, background check, fingerprinting, and district onboarding requirements
