School based Speech Language Pathologist

Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – Oregon

We're seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate, treat, and support students with communication disorders while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech-language evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans and IEP goals.
• Provide individual and group therapy services.
• Support AAC assessment, implementation, and training.
• Collaborate with teachers, therapists, psychologists, nurses, and families.
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, and required documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines.

Qualifications:

• Active Oregon Speech-Language Pathologist License (BSPA).
• ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligible.
• Knowledge of IDEA, Section 504, and school-based special education practices.
• Ability to travel between assigned school sites, as needed.
