Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based – Early Childhood)
Location: Beaverton, OR
Schedule: Full-time (40 hours/week)
Contract Length: 2 months (with strong potential to extend)

Compensation: $62/hour + weekly pay
Role Overview
We are seeking passionate Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to support early childhood populations in a school-based setting. In this role, you’ll work with young learners (birth to age 5), helping them build critical communication skills during key developmental stages.
This is a dynamic position that includes working across multiple settings, including homes and preschool environments, and partnering closely with families and caregivers.
What You’ll Do
- Perform student evaluations and assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Provide speech-language therapy services to young children
- Coach and guide parents/caregivers on strategies to support communication development
- Travel between nearby locations (homes and early learning sites)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in line with care plans and requirements
Assignment Details
- Supporting Early Intervention and Early Childhood Special Education programs
- Serving children from birth through age 5
- Floating between nearby sites in the Beaverton area
- Coverage for a leave of absence with strong likelihood of extension
Qualifications
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist license in the state of Oregon (or ability to obtain)
- CCC-SLP preferred (may be required)
- Strong communication and family coaching skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a broader care team
- Must meet all federal, state, and local compliance requirements
- CPR certification, TB screening, and health documentation as required
