As part of our mission to pave the way for childrenâs success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide in-person services for special services school students. This leave coverage position is for ESY and the upcoming school year.
Speech-Language Pathologist Salary Range: $70-$75 per hour
Speech-Language Pathologist Hours:
- ESY Hours: 8:30-3:30 Monday-Friday (from 7/6-8/14)
- School Year: 8:00am-3:00pm Monday-Friday (through November 2026 with possibility of extension)
Speech-Language Pathologist Position Details:
- Ideally full time, will take part time candidates as well
- Hours 8am-3pm daily
- Needs to be comfortable with ACA devices and age ranges of 3-21
Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:
- School Certification in the state of New Jersey
- Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
- Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:
- Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs which impact educational goals
- Providing push-in support in classrooms
- Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students that require speech/language therapy.
- Providing continued support for studentsâ Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
- Developing and implementing IEPs
- Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
