Pay Rate: $2265.00 - $2333.00

M-F, 8 hr days- Times are flexible as long as consistent and communicated with DOR. We do ask the therapists start time is before 6AM and no later than 10AM
Weekend Requirements:

On Call Requirements:
No Call
You’ll assess and treat communication and swallowing disorders, implement care plans, and ensure compliance with PDPM requirements. Required qualifications include at least 1 year of SLP experience, leadership experience in SNF/LTC rehab, knowledge of PDPM, and a valid MO State License.
