Position Overview
We are seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support a district’s Extended School Year (ESY) program in Somerset, MA. This role will involve providing both direct and consultative speech and language services to students in PreK–12 within a supportive summer learning environment.

Responsibilities
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services
- Offer consultative support to staff and teams
- Support carryover of IEP goals during ESY programming
- Collaborate with teachers and related service providers
- Maintain accurate documentation and service logs
- Communicate with families as appropriate
- Contribute to a positive, student-centered ESY environment

The Speech-Language Pathologist in the school setting is responsible for performing student evaluations as well as providing and documenting therapy services in accordance with the plan of care developed for each individual student and the physician's orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Active Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) Licensure in the state of assignment required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred and may be required by state/contract.
- Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice
- Current CPR if applicable
- TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable
- Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
- Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
