Our client with an educational program in Rockville, MD, located in the Washington, DC Metro Area, has an opportunity for a Full-Time 10/11 month Speech Language Pathologist. They service students in grades 9-12 with language, learning, sensory-motor disabilities and/or high-functioning autism.
What you will be doing as a Speech-Language Pathologist:
The Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for providing diagnostic and therapeutic services to students who exhibit communication learning problems related to speech, pragmatic language, and autism.
Experience you will need to be a Speech-Language Pathologist :
- Maryland Speech License
- Master's in Speech Pathology or equivalent program
- Experience in Augmentative systems, Visualizing and Verbalizing and Social Thinking is a plus
