Locations: Maryland (Ellicott City, Baltimore County, Elkton, Hagerstown)
Schedule: School-day hours (6.5–7.5 hours/day, dependent on site)
Contract Dates: August 2026 to June 2027 (with a shorter fall assignment option available)
Pay Rate: $46 to $56 an hour, based on experience and location

Position Overview
We are partnering with school districts across the state of Maryland seeking Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Clinical Fellows (CF) and ASHA-certified clinicians (CCC) to support students across early intervention, elementary, middle, and high school settings. Positions are available across multiple campuses, offering a variety of caseloads and schedules for the upcoming 26-27 school year.
These roles focus on delivering high-quality speech and language services that support students’ academic success, communication development, and social participation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs (Individualized Education Programs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Deliver individual and group therapy services based on student needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to reinforce student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and school-based planning
- Support students across a variety of educational environments and age groups

- Assignments vary by location and may include mixed-age caseloads
- Both full school year and a short-term fall assignment available
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CF or SLP-CCC credentials accepted
- Active or eligible for Maryland state licensure
- School-based or pediatric experience preferred (not required for CF candidates)
