Many speech-language pathologists (SLPs), both new and experienced, struggle with Imposter Syndrome - the persistent feeling that they aren't qualified enough despite their achievements. While Imposter Syndrome can emerge anytime, clinicians are especially vulnerable during graduate school and their Clinical Fellowship (CF) year under supervision. This course provides practical tools for SLPs to help their students, CF supervisees, and clinicians prevent and manage Imposter Syndrome throughout their careers.
