I found the explanations for testing the consistencies extremely helpful so I have more concrete descriptions of what each texture should look like when explaining it to staff. I love the fact that the speaker included helpful information with regard to assistance with medications. There are so many patients having difficulty s allowing pills/capsules. The presenter shared a lot of different products that may aid in this that is just not applesauce. Thank you for that!!

Lots of information was included which made the session feel rushed. The slides seemed disorganized and were not labeled well. For instance, some of the slide titles were located on the top of the slide while others were located the bottom. It would be helpful to eliminate the "continuED" on the top of the slides and place the title of the slides all on the top. In addition, I'd recommend adding videos to demonstrate the testing methods.
