For the new and seasoned clinical educator, this course will focus on the significant differences between feedback and evaluation with an emphasis on the power of feedback, including the hidden issues and challenges that clinical educators and students may experience. A set of strategies, an approach to motivate the student and enhance the professional relationship and preparation in the clinical learning environment will be discussed.
