This course is part of the 2018 Nancy McKinley Lecture Series, Evaluating and Enhancing Children's Phonological Systems. This course will focus specifically on meta-phonological awareness, enhancing meta-phonological skills, eliciting troublesome phonemes, focusing on auditory input for toddlers and choosing advanced targets for older students. Case studies of children with highly unintelligible speech will be shared.
