I didn't realize that this course was more for "early COVID" times, so I do feel that at this point in my telehealth "career" I have moved past many of these relatively basic steps. That said, I didn't know about EPIC books! And just hearing about how she structured sessions is helpful.

Thank you for the valuable information and stating the 5 takeaway points: setting up expectations, how to help engage student, use resources that are engaging, parent training, and recapping teletherapy sessions. Gave great tips/reminders. (I live in CA and the Montery Bay Aquarium is a fav among my students as well.)Having refreshers is SO beneficial for an SLP like me with ADD. I save my notes in a word document and review every few months. Also, I appreciate the reminder of epic books and of websites. MOST beneficial as I have not used these (even through I heard of epic books).
