Dr. Elizabeth Carrow-Woolfolk developed the Integrative Language Theory and has based many widely-used tests upon it. This course will provide an overview of three of her tests, the Oral and Written Language Scales - Second Edition (OWLS-II), Comprehensive Assessment of Spoken Language - Second Edition (CASL-2), and the Oral Passage Understanding Scale (OPUS), including examples of how each test can be used independently as well as in conjunction with the others.

Amber Klein has worked in test development at Western Psychological Services for over 11 years. She has a PhD in School Psychology, and has learned a great deal about language ability and disorder by working with Dr. Carrow-Woolfolk. Amber was the project director for the OWLS-II, second author on the OPUS and is Dr. Woolfolk's designated legacy author.
Kristin Ratliff, PhD
Kristin Ratliff has worked in test development at Western Psychological Services for over 6 years. She has a PhD in cognitive psychology and a great interest in languages and language development. She spent the first 6 years of her WPS career on the large project of revising the CASL-2, which was released in November, 2016.
