As our ideal candidate, you'll dive into conducting assessments that evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities. With your expertise, you'll craft personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings and deliver impactful therapy services to students individually and in group settings. Collaborating closely with teachers, parents, and fellow school staff, you'll be at the forefront of supporting students' communication needs, monitoring their progress, and making necessary adjustments to treatment plans. Plus, you'll keep meticulous records of therapy sessions and progress reports to ensure the highest standard of care.

**Requirements:**
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
- State license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Proven experience working with children and adolescents in a school setting
- Stellar communication and interpersonal skills
