This was a very neutral, non-biased presentation. I appreciated that prosthesis options were provided from both companies (ATOS and INHEALTH).

There seemed to possibly be some errors that conflicted what she was saying in her power point? For instance it stated that the secondary was placed at the time of surgery? Also when I got to the test questions, maybe I missed it but I don't recall all of them being covered in her presentation. Maybe make this course longer like 2 hours, for addressing so much info. on the topic.

Use of medical terminology that went unexplained to those who not as familiar with trach, one of the answers on the quiz was none of the above, not sure why that was placed on the quiz because it makes understanding a little more difficult, some more background knowledge was needed for those who are learning about trach voice for the first time as a professional.
