This was, overall, a very good overview of the varieties of AT available not only for TBI clients, but others as well. The only nit I have to pick is the emphasis on iPhone alone in the SmartPhone category. While this definitely should be discussed, various SmartPhones running Android have made huge inroads in this market, are less expensive, and have a huge app base at this point. Also, and I loved them and used them with clients, the PDA is *dead*. They've been completely supplanted by SmartPhones and were already on their very last gasps when this presentation was new. You can't even buy these devices now and the apps for them really dried up.
