Amy has more than 14 years of experience as a Speech-language Pathologist. She previously worked at Case Western Reserve University assisting on several research projects funded by the National Institutes of Health focusing on childhood apraxia of speech and the impact of SSD on reading and writing development in school-age children. She holds a B.A. in Psychology from Saint Mary’s College and an M.A. in Speech-Language Pathology from Northern Illinois University.

Amy received her Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Communication Disorders from the University of Oklahoma. Before joining SpeechPathology.com, she spent more than 20 years in the field as a clinician and later as a department supervisor. Although she has worked in numerous settings, inpatient rehabilitation is her first love - working with adults with neurogenic communication and cognitive disorders and dysphagia.

In addition to her role as President of SpeechPathology.com, Stacy is an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Case Western Reserve University (CWRU) in the Communication Sciences Department in Cleveland, OH. Her ongoing research focuses on integrating simulation technology into the field of speech-language pathology by providing clients and professionals with online learning applications. In 2004, she founded and directed the Virtual Immersion Center for Simulation Research at CWRU. The recipient of numerous honors and awards, Stacy earned her doctorate degree at the University of Cincinnati and has worked in the SLP field for over 15 years.

Katie Ondo, MA CCC-SLP
SimuCase Managing Director
Katie is currently a pediatric speech-language pathologist at Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center specializing in neuro rehabilitation and augmentative communication, as well as the director of SimuCase. She is a graduate of Miami University in Oxford, OH.

As a co-founder of Progressus Therapy, he helped establish the company as a leading special education provider for speech-language pathology, occupational therapy and physical therapy services. He is a proactive advocate in policy and government affairs, speaks at healthcare conferences, and has been a panelist at numerous Staffing Industry Analysts Healthcare Summits.

As an audiologist for nearly 20 years, Leigha has had the privilege of working in many different environments. From clinical settings to industry, she has always found a way to fuel her passion for education. Leigha is a graduate of the University of Minnesota with a Master of Arts degree in Audiology and is currently pursuing an Ed.D. from Nova Southeastern University with a concentration in instructional technology and distance education.

Suzanne Humphries

Suzanne has been a medical transcriptionist/quality assurance specialist for over 13 years. After graduating from Vance-Granville Community College with an A.A.S. in Medical Office Technology, she’s held a variety of administrative positions. She also taught medical college terminology courses for several years.

Ronaldo Olivas

While at Arizona State University, Ronaldo worked for a program that utilized National Science Foundation funds to provide minority students with financial assistance within the STEM disciplines. He got hooked on helping others and today he oversees the Customer Service Department ensuring that SLPs have the tools they need to earn CEUs and better serve their patients.

Paul earned a PhD in Audiology from the University of Texas at Dallas - Callier Center, were he also worked as a clinical audiologist fitting children and adults with hearing aids for almost 10 years. Considered one of the profession’s internet pioneers, Paul established some of the seminal websites for audiologists. He has written and presented extensively on the topic of hearing care and the internet.
