Linguahealth specializes in placing speech-language pathologists in school-districts nationwide. Owned and managed by SLPs, Linguahealth is different from other companies for many reasons. First and foremost, we focus solely on speech-language pathology, enabling us to provide greater support to our clinicians. John Consalvi, MA, CCC-SLP, Founder and CEO

John Consalvi CEO John is passionate about speech-language pathology and has spent his career inspiring fellow SLPs. His open door policy keeps him involved and in-touch with each and every one of Linguahealth's clinicians. Leveraging his supportive, innovative and creative management style, John challenges his staff to keep them engaged and happy with their professional opportunities. He developed a national annual training symposium, created and published speech-language pathology materials and has provided CF and leadership opportunities for hundreds of SLPs nationwide for almost 20 years. John is currently the founder and CEO of Linguahealth and our bilingual SLP resource GrupoLingua.com.

Brenda Gorman, PH.D., CCC-SLP, Advisory Clinical Director

Brenda Gorman Brenda serves as a consultant to Grupo Lingua and Linguahealth, sharing her extensive knowledge and experience in bilingual speech-language pathology to support our therapists as well as our online community. She also advises on our training and recruiting best practices. Brenda is an assistant professor in the College of Health Sciences Speech Pathology and Audiology program at Marquette University where she helps coordinate the Bilingual English/Spanish (BIES) certificate training program. In addition, Brenda directs the University’s Bilingual Language and Literacy lab.

Millie Figueroa, Vice President of Operations

Millie Figueroa Millie is a seasoned human resources expert specializing in working for and with speech-language pathologists. She uses her in-depth knowledge of human resource issues to provide personalized service to our professionals in meeting both their career and personal goals. Her job is to take the worry out of issues such as health care, paychecks, placements, materials and anything else that we as a supportive employer need to do. She will work with you to ensure your career with Linguahealth is beneficial and enjoyable.

Sara Pessman, Recruiter

Sara Pressman Sara helps ensure that Linguahealth attracts and maintains the most talented, dedicated speech-language pathology professionals available. She is also a resource for our University Liaisons, helping to build relationships with speech-language pathology students and schools nationwide. Sara’s primary goal is to see to it that your career move to Linguahealth is a rewarding and satisfying experience

Stephanie Newell McCabe, MS CCC-SLP, C.O.M., DT, Private Practice Director

Stephanie’s diverse background in speech-language pathology includes direct treatment as well as owning and managing private pediatric practices. She has also developed mentoring and training programs as well as created and implemented therapeutic curriculums. In addition to her professional certifications in speech-language pathology and orofacial myology, Stephanie is also a credentialed early intervention specialist in speech-language pathology and developmental therapy. She serves as a trainer and mentor to Linguahealth’s speech-language pathologists.
