Providing Personnel for Schools

Educational Staffing is a therapist owned and operated company since 1989. There are no executives that are not therapists. We feel this is important in order to fully understand our jobs and our therapists. Because we are a group of highly trained therapists and teachers, we feel we can manage better than companies that have business men managing. We are trained to understand our therapists and the children we serve. We love just doing schools. The work, the calendar, and all the great things about working 9.5 months a year instead of 12, is great.

We support our therapists as only therapists can. We specialize in schools and that is what sets us apart. We try to provide everything to our therapists and teachers.

Educational Staffing Inc. was started by Mary Pichan, a speech pathologist. She continues to be the head of the company, but works closely with Occupational and Physical therapists who work for us. We also staff Special Education teachers.
