Some courses may contain video clips that require the latest version of Windows Media Player to play properly. Use the link given to ensure you have this version installed on your computer before you attend the event. The use of video during a presentation is noted in the seminar description.
Live Courses only - A microphone connected to your computer. During a Live Expert Seminar you can send questions via text messages/notes to the Presenter. Sending notes are very easy and you will be instructed how to do this by the Event Moderator at the beginning of the Live Course. Again use of the microphone is completely optional and not required to participate. The vast majority of participants use the instant message/notes technique to communicate with the Presenter and Event Moderator.
