RehabCare provides rehabilitation services in 1,280 locations throughout the United States. We manage services within inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing and home health settings. Learn more about us at www.rehabcare.com. RehabCare is seeking a Full Time Program Director to manage our skilled nursing based rehab program at Baya Pointe Nursing Center located in Lake City, FL. This candidate must be a licensed SLP, PT, PTA, OTA or OT.
