Program Director / PD

Currently we are offering a $10,000 Bonus for this full time management opportunity!

RehabCare provides rehabilitation services at more than 1,250 locations throughout the United States. We manage services within inpatient, outpatient, skilled nursing and home health settings. Learn more about us at www.rehabcare.com.

Currently, RehabCare is seeking a full time Program Director to manage our new skilled nursing based rehab unit at Paramount Rehab and Healthcare Center located in San Antonio, TX.

As a Program Director with RehabCare you will:

Supervise a team of talented therapy professionals

Contribute to program development, quality improvement, and community education

Conduct assessments, treatment planning and therapeutic interventions in a skilled nursing environment

Qualifications for the Program Director position:

Minimum of an Associate's degree as an Occupational Therapy Assitant or Physical Therapist Assistant; or Bachelor's degree in PT or OT; or Master's degree in SLP from an accredited college or university

Successful candidate will have a proven track record of meeting financial goals & objectives

Healthcare background required

Clinical background and/or skilled nursing experience preferred
